The following rates are for the areas within a 10 mile radius. Outside of this area there will be a charge of .50 cents administered for each additional mile. Adrian Home and Pet Sitter accepts payment in the form of check or cash. Payment is made for the first pet sit service at the initial consultation. After the initial consultation each payment must be made in advance for services to be performed.
If you feel you will need to cancel your appointment, you may do so before 5:00pm the evening before the appointment, this will result in a complete refund. Cancellations after 5:00pm the day before your scheduled appointment will not be refunded! If the Pet/House sitter arrives to your location for an appointment and no notice has been given that you need to cancel the appointment, a refund will not be issued. If the cancellation is for a holiday overnight pet sit and is cancelled less than one week before the holiday there will be a $30.00 penalty assessed for the cancellation.
Services and Rates:
For the following daily pet sitting service $17.00 per visit for up to two pets with a maximum charge of $30.00. Each additional pet will be $3.00. The times for each service varies depending on how many, but last approximately 20 minutes for people with only one or two pets.
Companion/Convalescence pet sits for up to two pets per visit cost $17.00 for the first half hour, and $30.00 dollars for each hour. Each additional pet is another $3. Each time we visit your home, we compile detailed reports that will then be communicated via text or email. Please note that any unusual behavior or events will be reported to you immediately.
Lock outs, Veterinarian visits and any unusual events will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per hour over and above the cost of the regular service.
There will be a $30.00 insufficient funds fee, plus any and all applicable charges for any check returned.
